Our managers may not tell us to take initiatives but we need to be proactive in taking initiatives. If today you are able to do what your manager is going then it’s a plus point for your promotion
Try to be in the manager’s dependables list. If he is trusting you and depending on you then it’s a plus point for your promotion.
In any kind of bugs / issues, people usually tend to react. This is quite natural but you need to forsee things and analyse and then respond. Leaders always say…Don’t react, but respond. Don’t be reactive but be proactive. If you develop such habit then it’s a plus for your promotion.
